They text us asking availability then crickets! It’s frustrating, especially when you have pre-paid for services that they refuse to render in a timely fashion. We contacted Motor City via email and text at the end of September to schedule by the 17th of October but to no avail. My son and I prepaid for a practice road test during segment 2 which was to be taken in October. Ross several times regarding the lack of professionalism and efficient communication. They bounce you around from person to person. The communication with this company has been terrible. My son and I were able to make accommodations to attend the 2nd segment. They cancelled the segment a few days before it started citing there was not enough students.
The 2nd segment was not without incident.

The first segment was a breeze although the online instructor was not professional and spoke poorly of Michigan driver’s as she zoom called in from Texas. And the receptionist literally just sits and stand around, doesn't call to confirm doesn't call to book lessons, you have to call them, even after you paid for a package, the Italian lady (receptionist) really needs to get fired! It's her job to keep the scheduling and everything organized but she be on personal phone calls all the time in the office it's no wonder they are doing such a horrible job with scheduling and always being late. They are nice ladies don't get me wrong, but I really don't know how they been in business this long, the mother is a sweetheart, the daughter, I have other names for her. It was getting to the point that instead of being picked up by them I'd walk to the office to start the lesson. Some days I would be sitting around 2 hours waiting for them and I live 10 minutes from them. So, any ways with the scheduling my instructor no matter who it was always at least an hour late, sometimes more! If you have a life and work and what not dealing with them would ruin your time. They dont even give you space to learn Always keep foot on break so how would you know if you're driving properly, they don't even tell you either. I booked a package deal, and they are horrible with scheduling.
